Returns & Exchanges Policy

Return Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date for most products. To be eligible:

  • Items must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
  • Original packaging must be undamaged and complete
  • All tags and protective covers must be in place
  • A valid proof of purchase is required

Non-Returnable Products

Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

  • Vaginalsonden (Vaginal Probes) – For intimate hygiene reasons
  • Elektroden (Electrodes) – Due to direct skin contact
  • Analsonden (Anal Probes) – For hygiene and safety reasons
  • Beckenbodentrainer (Pelvic Floor Trainers) – Due to intimate use nature
  • Opened supplements and shakes
  • Used massage equipment

Exceptions are made for products that arrive defective or damaged – please contact us immediately if this occurs.

Step 2: Receive Authorization

Within 24-48 hours, our support team will:

  • Review your request
  • Verify eligibility
  • Provide return authorization and instructions
  • Send you a return shipping label if applicable

Step 3: Package and Ship

Once authorized:

  • Securely package the item(s) in original packaging
  • Include all original accessories and documentation
  • Place the return authorization form inside the package
  • Use the provided shipping label or ship to our return address

Step 4: Processing and Resolution

Once we receive your return:

  • We will inspect the items within 3-5 business days
