Return & Exchange Eligibility
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your receipt date for most products. To be eligible for a return or exchange:
- Items must be in original, unopened condition with all seals intact
- Original packaging must be undamaged and complete
- All tags and protective covers must be in place
- A valid proof of purchase is required
Non-Returnable Products
Due to hygiene and safety considerations, the following product categories cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective:

- Elektroden (Electrodes) – Due to direct skin contact
- Analsonden (Anal Probes) – For hygiene and safety reasons
- Beckenbodentrainer (Pelvic Floor Trainers) – Due to intimate use nature
- Opened supplements and shakes
- Used massage equipment
Exceptions may be made for products that arrive defective or damaged – please contact us immediately if this occurs.
